General Class Information

Please fill in a health questionnaire before starting classes to give me an idea of modifications I may need to make to the practices.

Please inform me if a health condition arises after you have filled the form in.

Water- have a bottle of water to hand when needed.
Eating- it is advisable not to eat anything up to 1 hour before class.

The idea is to ease into yoga gently, and never stretch beyond your body’s current capabilities. Yoga should not hurt. If anything hurts, ease back to the position that doesn’t hurt and practice from there.

Monday 6-6.45 pm – Relaxation Class – New 8 week programme

Tuesday 8.00 -8.30 am– Meditation

Tuesday 10-00 -11.15 am– Gentle restorative yoga class

Tuesday 4.00-4.45 pm– Yoga Nidra – Deep relaxation

Tuesday 6.00pm – 7.15 pm – General Hatha Yoga Class

Wednesday 10.00-11.15 am– General Hatha Yoga Class

Wednesday  6 – 7.15 pm – Beginners Yoga,  New 8 week programme

Class Pricing

Yoga Classes  £8.50 per class – 5 week block £42.50

Meditation £4.50 – 5 week block £22.50

Yoga Nidra £6.50 – 5 week block £32.50

Relaxation – 4 week block £26.00

Yoga Therapy Initial Consultation: £60.00 for 1 hour 15 minutes

Yoga Therapy Follow up Appointments: £55.00 for 1 hour

Video £6.50 – 5 videos £32.50

How to set up Zoom:

You can download the Zoom app on your mobile device/iPad or install it on your laptop/ or computer by visiting Zoom.us (please make this link live)

Create an account its free.

Once you book on to a class via my Book when Link, you will get a zoom link via your email

Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not see the email

All you have to do is click on the link – you will receive a reminder 1 day before the class.

You’ll be taken directly into the meeting/ online class

How to prepare for an online class using Zoom:

Choose a space where you would feel comfortable ensuring you have enough space to move

Make sure you can see the screen easily

Finding the little microphone icon to unmute yourself at the beginning of the class to enable you to speak to others in the group.

Make sure to keep your microphone on mute throughout the class to cancel out any background noises.

Wave at me to get my attention if you need help, I will pause recording and you can unmute yourself.

Streaming requires a reliable WIFI connection.

If your connection weakens, you can turn off your video camera. Only your name will be displayed. However, from a safety point of view I won’t be able to see you

It’s easy to click on your teacher’s photo display and select ‘Pin Video’ – so the video focuses on the teacher, and it won’t alternate between other participants. Press gallery view when you wish to see everyone

Give yourself 10 to 15 minutes beforehand if you are new to Zoom.
