How does the programme work?

Through a series of live workshops throughout the seasons, plus an online coaching session, you will be part of a wellbeing group guided by holistic health and wellness coaching, exploring a whole food diet and Yoga related activities. You will be Invited

• To reflect on different aspects of health.

• Learn tools and techniques to maintain health.

• Discover how beliefs and intentions when aligned bring the   desired change you want.

• To keep a journal to map your pathway, set intentions and log your journey.

• Discover connections that support holistic health within your local communities.

The programme is packed with Seasonal health tips, reflections and activities.

Live Meetings

These gatherings are practical, fun and engaging involving a presentation on the feature topic of the month, small group discussions where we build our connections, find encouragement, share experiences and explore the new topics of holistic health.

Each session there will be the exploration of healthy eating following a whole food diet, movement, yoga, breathing, meditation and relaxation practices all of which are tailored around the topic and season.

These are recorded and will be available for you to practice.

No previous experience of yoga is necessary all movements can be modified to your needs.

Live Meetings

These gatherings are practical, fun and engaging involving a presentation on the feature topic of the month, small group discussions where we build our connections, find encouragement, share experiences and explore the new topics of holistic health.

Learn with the seasons

Each season offers its own essence and energy for us to be fully present with. There are 4 seasonal modules each of which can be taken independently however the whole picture of health unfolds by taking the year to engage in the 4 seasons and the related topics. Lasting change happens when we give ourselves the time to intergrate our new routines. 

Each module will focus on certain aspects of health appropriate to living in connection with the season, and on maintaining our motivation when making these lifestyle changes.

As well as the seasonal topics there are threads that run through all 4 modules:

Self care through the seasons, healthy seasonal eating

Yoga and exercise

Mental and emotional wellbeing

Community support within the group

Nature connection

Nature has reached the peak of the growing time; everything is flourishing and abundant. The sun gives energy and inspires active outward movement. Summer is the peak of our expression too, a time to enjoy nature activities and community events.

AUTUMN 2024

August 17th, September 16th, October 19th 

The power of the sun is waning fast. The days are becoming shorter and colder, it is time to celebrate the years harvest.

We prepare in this season for the coming Winter months by changing our orientation from outward focus to inner. A time of letting go, Autumn marks the beginning of transition and change by turning within to attend to our inner climates (emotions) and protecting ourselves from the external climates. 

Our focus for the Autumn months:

Stress –  resilience – coping with stress

Mind and emotions

Adapting to change

The dark shorter days allow for time to expand our inner realms, reflecting, resting, replenishing our energy. This is an incubation time for our seeds of personal change, plans and ideas.

Michelle has 40 years of experience as a health professional – 20 years as a Registered General Nurse in the NHS and 20 years as a Yoga and Holistic health practitioner – she is excited to bring all her skills, expertise and passion into this new unique programme of work.

Her aim is to build a bridge that opens onto a new health pathway,  a new way approach to health which brings the best of our health services together with a more holistic way of thinking.

Rebecca is a nutritionist and nutritional therapist, she is dedicated to sharing her expertise and in depth understanding of how food profoundly affects health and wellbeing. Her Joy lies in helping her clients improve and optimise their health with enjoyable changes to their diet and lifestyle, using coaching to support them in maintaining their new and healthier way if living.
