Yoga

Our New Season of online Yoga classes is now open for enrolment.

We offer general Hatha Yoga sessions, Mediation sessions, Relaxation sessions and Yoga Nidra sessions.

You can also book a one to one theraputic yoga session.

Our approach focuses on the connections between mind, body, spirit and the natural world – relationships which are key to walking your pathway to whole health.

About Michelle

With 40 years of experience as a health professional – 20 years as a Registered General Nurse in the NHS and 20 years as a Yoga and Holistic health practitioner – I am excited to bring all my skills, expertise and passion to my teaching.

My aim in all my work is to build a bridge that opens onto a new health pathway,  a new way approach to health which brings the best of our health services together with a more holistic way of thinking.

Coming 2022

In the spring of 2022 our exciting new Whole Health Pathways course will open for enrolment. 

Through one-to-one mentoring and with the support of a group of fellow travellers, our online course will empower you to take the first steps on your unique pathway to health.
