I’m offering an accredited 230-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme – Wisdom in Motion – designed especially for people aged 40+ who want to share yoga in a grounded, inclusive, and holistic way.

About Michelle

I believe health is more than the absence of illness – it’s a lived experience of connection: to ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
Healing is rarely linear and never one-size-fits-all. Whether I’m guiding someone through gentle movement, holding space in a coaching session, or exploring wellbeing with a group, my focus is always the same: to listen, to honour the whole person, and to invite a return to balance.
I’m especially drawn to the quiet wisdom found in cycles — breath, rest, seasons, life transitions — and how these rhythms can guide us toward more sustainable health and meaning.
My approach weaves together clinical understanding, yoga therapy, holistic health, and compassionate presence.
What I offer now is the result of decades of experience, but also of curiosity, learning, and trust in the body’s innate intelligence. It’s a pathway that brings together science and spirit, structure and softness.

Integrative Holistic Health CIC is a venture founded by Michelle from Whole Health Pathways and Rebecca from First Light Nutrition. Located at The Cut in Halesworth, our Holistic Health Hub offers funded healthy lifestyle programmes for people with Long term health conditions, you can self refer.
