Yoga
The New Season of Live and online Yoga classes is now open for enrolment. I offer General Yoga classes, Therapeutic Yoga classes for people with health conditions. Meditation and Relaxation sessions.
You can also book one to one Health Coaching and Therapeutic Yoga to support any health condition or to develop a self practice at home. I offer Yoga4Health which is an evidence based 10 week social perscribing programme and was commissioned by the NHS and created by the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance .https://www.yogainhealthcarealliance.com/

About Michelle

With 40 years of experience as a health professional, including 20 years as a Registered General Nurse in the NHS and 20 years as a Yoga and Holistic Health Practitioner, I am deeply committed to integrating the best of both worlds in my teaching. My mission is to create a new health pathway that bridges the strengths of traditional healthcare with holistic practices, empowering individuals to achieve true well-being. Through this approach, I aim to guide others in discovering a more balanced and comprehensive approach to health.


Coming November 2024
Integrative Holistic Health CIC is a new venture founded by Michelle from Whole Health Pathways and Rebecca from First Light Nutrition. Located at The Cut in Halesworth, our Holistic Health Hub offers interactive workshops and programs designed to support whole health in harmony with each season.

A Rich Training Experience
Rooted in 25 years of yoga teaching and lifelong learning across health, movement and mindfulness, Wisdom in Motion is a Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited 230-hour programme designed especially for those aged 40 and over. It’s for anyone navigating a life shift—whether you’re entering a new chapter, changing career, feeling called to share yoga, or looking to deepen your own practice or enrich your work in healthcare or holistic wellbeing.
This training honours yoga as a holistic practice that nourishes body, mind and spirit. You'll explore how yoga can support life’s deepening phase and beyond—integrated into daily life, shared in meaningful ways, and adapted to real-world needs.
Blending Hatha yoga with inclusive, evidence-informed approaches, the course supports you to teach with clarity, creativity and compassion. You’ll be guided to grow in confidence, draw from your own life experience, and develop your own authentic teaching voice.
Delivered in a hybrid format, the training combines monthly Zoom sessions with in-person weekends and single Saturdays in beautiful Suffolk venues. The learning environment is spacious, supportive and paced for sustainable growth.
You’ll also benefit from insight and inspiration from guest tutors across somatics, nutrition and back care.
You’ll be part of a supportive group of peers, with time to share experiences, grow together, and build lasting connections. I’ll be alongside you throughout the course, offering insights drawn from years of teaching to help you develop your own authentic path.
Mentoring doesn’t end when the training does—ongoing support is included in your course fee, so you’ll have encouragement and guidance as you step into teaching, in whatever way is right for you.
